What's the 30-day legging trial?

Sweat, squat and spin in your chosen pair of leggings for 30 days, and if you’re not completely happy, return them to us washed and ready to be recycled for a full refund. No hassle, no questions asked and 30-day money back guarantee.

All leggings bought after the 8th August 2022 are eligible for the ‘30-Day Legging Trial.’

Leggings that have been purchased within this period can be exchanged or refunded, even if they have been worn.

What do I do if I want to return or exchange my legging(s)?

To return your item, please log this here and select 'other' as your return reason and note down '30 day sweat trial' in the comment box. 

Returns and exchanges are free for customers in the US, so you don’t have to worry about any extra shipping fees. Any customs + duty charges already paid, cannot be refunded. 

Our standard free exchange process applies to all items exchanged as part of the ‘30-Day Legging Trial’ period. 

Do I wash my leggings after I have worn them and what happens to them after I return?

Please wash your worn leggings before returning to us - carefully following the care instructions on the garment - as these will be donated to charities.

In-line with our sustainable values, all LNDR products in a damaged or unwearable condition will be responsibly repurposed into new goods created from shredded textile waste.

What are your shipping options?

Free Express Shipping (2-5 days) for all orders over $250

Express Shipping (2-5 days): $12.00

All US shipments are shipped via DHL International Express service. Please note we do not accept any PO Box or military shipping addresses.

Delivery will be made up to three attempts, excluding weekends. If we cannot deliver your order, this will be returned to our warehouse.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of sales taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my item?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your LNDR purchase, so we offer 30 days to return or exchange any unworn item(s), including discounted items, after you receive them.

Returns and exchanges are free for customers in the US using our easy online portal here so you don’t have to worry about any extra shipping fees, however customs + duty charges already paid, cannot be refunded.

How do I start my refund/exchange process?

1. Enter your order number (e.g. #12345) & zip code. This can be found in your order confirmation email.

2. Returns - select the items you wish to return, the quantity, and the reason for returning using the reasons in the dropdown, click next

3. Exchanges - follow step 2 & select Exchange as the reason in the dropdown, entering the alternative style(s) you want to receive in the comments box.

4. Confirm your personal information and click next.

5. Select either Drop Off - PRINTER IS NOT REQUIRED or Drop off - PRINTER IS REQUIRED. See the next section for more detail on both options.

6. If you are not from the US you might be liable to pay for the shipping label.

7. The QR code will be emailed to you but we recommend taking a picture of the QR code as well.

8. Pack your items using the reusable LNDR packaging with all original LNDR tags still attached. 

What services do you offer to send back returns?

We offer Drop-off service options via your local carrier to send your return shipment back to us. The returns portal will guide you through the options once you have selected the item(s) to be returned/exchanged. You also will be able to find the closest drop-off point once you will create a shipping label using our portal.

In some locations, you might be able to choose a shipping option where a PRINTER IS NOT REQUIRED otherwise you would need to print the label before dropping off the parcel to your local carrier.

How can I reschedule my collection?

Contact the carrier directly using their contact details (which can be found on your email notifications received from them) or simply contact us at We are always happy to help and do this on your behalf.

How long will it take to process my return/exchange?

Allow up to 30 business days. Please note that it can take 10-20 business days for the parcel to be consolidated and returned by the carrier to our UK DC. Once the return item(s) arrive back, they are quality-checked and processed back into stock, after which time we can proceed with the refund/exchange.

What if my item is faulty/damaged/wrong?

Contact quoting your order number and attach a photo of the fault or damage. If you have received the wrong item, quote your order number and tell us what you have received. For any faulty/damaged/wrong items, we will ensure you are compensated for any customs/duty charges incurred.

What if I made my purchase through a third party?

Refunds on purchases made via any third-party partners must be directed to where the purchase was made, with the appropriate retailer.

What happens if I purchased it using a gift card?

For any purchases made with a gift card, your refund will go directly back onto the original card to use again on your next order with us.
