I’m 5’7 145# and bought a medium— fits perfectly. The waistband stays put and you feel compressed without being stiff. I had used DSG leggings for years but they changed the fabric blend I struggled with the stiffness. These go on like butter and move every which way your heart desires. I like that there’s a pocket, but I wish it was on the outside and not on the inside, just a personal preference & something I’ll have to adjust to.
